MEET Antoinette Clay

 I’m Antoinette Clay—a certified life coach, minister, and mother. My mission is to help families heal, reconnect, and rediscover the joy of meaningful relationships.

I partner with parents of teens who feel unheard, emotionally detached, overwhelmed, or unsure how to reconnect. Through life skills development and personal empowerment, I help them navigate the challenges of parenting with greater confidence, clarity, and compassion. Together, we uncover the barriers that stand in the way of meaningful connection and build a path toward healing and deeper relationship.

My approach is rooted in grace, understanding, and emotional safety. These pillars help strengthen the bond between parent and child, rebuild trust, and restore broken relationships.

As a mentor, I walk alongside individuals on their emotional healing journeys—helping them reclaim their voice, restore their confidence, and remember who they are at their core. Healing isn’t linear, but it is sacred. And it begins with being seen.
