Hello!

I’m Antoinette Clay—a minister, certified life coach, and mentor. But long before those titles, I was a wounded woman desperately trying to parent my daughter without understanding how deeply my own hurts were affecting our relationship.

My healing didn’t come in a classroom. It started right at home in the quiet, messy moments of motherhood, where I was forced to come face to face with the parts of myself I had buried. As a single mother, I loved my daughter more than anything, but we weren't connected the way I knew we should be. 

Something was wrong, and I couldn't put my finger on it. All I knew was that I needed wisdom, knowledge, and understanding.

Parenting my daughter woke me up to my fears and doubts. My reactions revealed my brokenness and the core beliefs that were directing how I showed up each day.

I knew something had to change—and I had to be the one to change it. So I prayed. And God intervened.

Slowly and lovingly, God showed me what was really going on. He peeled back the layers to reveal the unhealthy patterns I was passing down, the unhealed wounds I had held onto, and how a lack of wisdom, knowledge, and understanding was shaping my parenting. He convinced me of the truth, and through His healing, God made me whole.

As He restored me, He renewed my connection with my daughter. Not overnight—but as I obediently allowed Him to heal me piece by piece, our relationship was lovingly restored.

Today, I walk alongside parents who feel disconnected parents who love their teens deeply, but need the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to rebuild that bridge. Through workshops, 1-on-1 coaching, and faith-based guidance, I help parents see their teens with clarity, understand themselves on a deeper level, and cultivate life-changing connection.
